Overview Why We Need Your Talents:
Greets restaurant guests with a positive, friendly attitude. Ensures guests are seated in a timely manner, and that the guest has a favorable dining experience. You may also handle phone calls, answer customers' questions about the restaurant and menu, and assist restaurant staff when necessary. Must be available Friday, Saturday & Sunday. no exceptions 25-30 hours per week. Responsibilities Where You'll Make an

Greeting/welcoming and seating guests. Assign wait staff to service guests in their sections. Answering phone, greeting customers, and keeping track of seat availability in restaurants. Assisting wait/bar staff. Responsible for assisting with bussing and resetting tables. Responsible for cleaning host area and entrance to the restaurant. Qualifications Must-Haves:
Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required.
Experience:
Customer service experience dealing directly with customers. Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for duration of shift. Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 lbs. Ability to bend, stoop and reach, while assisting guests. Use of stairs and elevators Please note that this is a union position, and individuals in this role may be required to pay applicable union dues and fees.
