Duties Greet guests warmly as they arrive, providing friendly and attentive customer service throughout their breakfast visit Stamp or collect breakfast tickets from stayover guests Coordinate with kitchen staff and servers to optimize seating flow and minimize wait times Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns courteously and ensuring guest satisfaction during their visit Qualifications Previous host/hostess experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members Excellent organizational skills to manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow efficiently Knowledge of food safety standards and hospitality best practices to ensure a safe and welcoming environment Join our team to be part of a lively, guest-focused environment where your hospitality skills can shine!
