Party Host / Floor Attendant / Front Desk Team Member Kidz Jungle World - Randallstown, MD Kidz Jungle World is seeking a high-energy, dependable, and customer-focused team member to join our indoor playground team! We are a 9,000 sq. ft. jungle-themed indoor playground serving children ages 6 months to 12 years old. We host birthday parties, field trips, fundraisers, open play sessions, and private events in a clean, safe, and exciting environment. Party Host Responsibilities Lead birthday parties from start to finish Set up and decorate party rooms Welcome families and explain party timeline Serve food and assist with cake presentation Keep parties organized, energetic, and on schedule Clean and reset rooms promptly after events Floor Attendant Responsibilities Supervise play areas to ensure children's safety at all times Engage positively with kids and families Maintain cleanliness of play areas throughout shift Restock supplies after each party Perform detailed closing cleaning duties Front Desk Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival Process admissions and party check-ins accurately Ring up transactions at the register correctly Print and organize receipts properly Answer phone calls and respond to basic inquiries Promote memberships, events, and party bookings Maintain an organized and professional front desk area ✅ Qualifications Experience working with children preferred Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable and punctual Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Weekend availability required
