Key Qualifications:
Serve as an integral part of the restaurant's operations by providing gracious hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences from arrival to departure Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a warm, welcoming, and elevated atmosphere for all guest Communicate professionally and effectively with guests, management, and team members to ensure seamless service. Maintain awareness of safety standards, identify potential hazards, and comply with all restaurant safety policies and procedures Assist with dining room setup and seating arrangements, including moving, lifting, pushing, or pulling tables, chairs, and other furnishings as needed. Table reservations for efficient seating management Lift and carry supplies, equipment, and inventory weighing up to 50 pounds, assisting with stocking and restocking duties Remain on your feet and walk for extended periods throughout service Bend, stoop, reach, and perform other physical tasks required to support daily restaurant operations Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining composure, professionalism, and attention to detail Respond promptly and efficiently to guest needs and operational demands Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable host stand and work area, including proper storage of supplies and routine cleaning of surfaces Foster a collaborative team environment by supporting coworkers and contributing wherever needed to ensure exceptional service Uphold the restaurant's standards for professional appearance, personal grooming, and uniform presentation Follow direction from leadership and communicate clearly and respectfully with all members of the team Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)
