Full Job Description Host/Host Duties:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the establishment
• Escort guests to their assigned tables or waiting areas
• Provide menus and inform guests of daily specials
• Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or inquiries
• Manage the waitlist and notify guests when their table is ready
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth dining experience
• Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong guest service orientation with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of POS systems, such as Aloha POS, is a plus
• Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle high call volumes We are seeking individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional guest service.
