Full Job Description Job Title:

Restaurant Host Duties:

• Welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist guests with their inquiries and provide information about hotel and restaurant amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate table or individual.
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby area.
• Collaborate with other hosting staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in phone etiquette and handling guest inquiries.
• Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and standards.
• Familiarity with POS systems are a plus.
