Responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, answering phone calls, taking and organizing takeout orders, assisting with the waitlist, and keeping the front area clean and organized. Applicants should have good communication and customer-service skills, be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and be available for evening and weekend shifts. Experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities:

Greet every guest warmly and professionally. Manage the seating chart, reservations, and waitlist. Seat guests promptly and fairly according to server rotation. Answer phone calls and respond to customer questions. Take, confirm, organize, and pack takeout orders accurately. Process customer payments when needed. Communicate clearly with servers, managers, kitchen staff, and guests. Provide accurate wait-time estimates during busy periods. Keep the entrance, host stand, menus, waiting area, and restrooms clean and organized. Check tables and dining areas before seating guests. Assist servers and other team members when necessary. Complete assigned opening, side-work, and closing duties.

Qualifications:

Friendly, professional, and dependable. Strong communication and customer-service skills. Able to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced restaurant. Organized and attentive to details. Comfortable answering phones and using a POS system. Able to stand and walk for extended periods. Must work well as part of a team. Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided. Applicants must be available for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
