Host/Host Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Hostess to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a crucial role in making sure our guests feel welcome as if it's your own home. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy interacting with people, we would love to have you as a team member.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and escort them to their tables
• Smiling and having genuine conversations with Guests.
• Managing the wait by leading the lobby.
• Coordinating the wait and seating guests.
• Responsible for receiving carry out orders, handing orders out to guest, and handling money transactions.
• Uphold high standards of customer service to enhance guest satisfaction

Experience:

• Prior experience in a customer-facing role preferred
• Proficiency in using POS systems is a plus
• Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
