In this vital role, you'll ensure the dining environment is clean, organized, and inviting, while providing exceptional customer service. Your proactive approach will help facilitate smooth service flow, support our servers, and contribute to an outstanding dining experience for every guest. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage reservations or waiting lists efficiently Prepare and set tables with proper tableware, linens, and condiments to ensure a polished presentation Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave, maintaining high sanitation standards Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and delivering food or beverages when needed Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of trays, chairs, or supplies following safe lifting practices Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sweeping floors and sanitizing surfaces regularly Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate seating arrangements and service flow Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory Knowledge of sanitation standards and food safety protocols within the food industry Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and prolonged standing Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests Customer service-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and professionalism Experience in catering or kitchen environments is a plus but not required Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality setting while maintaining attention to detail Join us in delivering memorable dining experiences!
