Bigalora and Arbor Brewing are looking for dedicated, passionate, fun-loving professionals who want to be a part of our growing family. We are looking for team members to join our Plymouth location. Responsible for providing excellent service to ensure satisfaction, greeting and seating guests, presenting menus to guest and informing them of specials. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Greet and seat guests Present menus to guests and inform them of specials Treat all guests in a manner to ensure satisfaction ID guests as needed Run the floor plan board Observe tables and keep track of clean, dirty and occupied tables Take guest information and quote wait times to guests accurately when tables are not immediately available Answer questions concerning the menu and restaurant Interact with guests as they arrive and as they leave the restaurant to ensure positive dining experience Answer phones, place and fill to-go orders Assist in maintaining cleanliness of restaurant Clean and re-set tables
