Responsibilities:

Answer phones professionally and assist guests with reservations, takeout orders, and general inquiries. Maintain accurate wait times and communicate updates to guests. Monitor table availability and work closely with managers and servers to ensure efficient table turns. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host stand, entrance, waiting area, and menus. Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned. Deliver exceptional hospitality by anticipating guest needs and resolving concerns professionally or involving management when appropriate.
Qualifications:
Previous customer service or restaurant experience preferred, but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
