We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Part-Time Host/Hostess to welcome guests with warmth and hospitality. As the first and last person our guests interact with, you'll play an essential role in creating an exceptional dining experience from the moment they arrive. Responsibilities Greet guests with a friendly, welcoming, and professional attitude. Manage the restaurant waitlist using our reservation and seating system. Escort guests to their tables while maintaining an efficient seating rotation. Coordinate with managers and servers to maximize dining room flow. Answer incoming phone calls and assist guests with reservations and general inquiries. Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the host stand and entrance. Assist guests with takeout order pickups when needed. Provide accurate wait time estimates and communicate delays professionally. Thank guests for dining with us and invite them to return. Support servers and managers to ensure an outstanding guest experience. Qualifications Previous restaurant, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is preferred but not required . Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Reliable transportation and excellent attendance. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
