Job Description

Dining Room Host (Traverse City, Michigan) Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to be part of a dining experience in Traverse City, Michigan? We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Dining Room Host/Busser. No prior experience is required and we will provide comprehensive training for the right candidate. This is a tipped position with an hourly rate of $10.

Responsibilities:

Warmly welcome and greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant. Manage reservations and ensure efficient seating arrangements. Assist in bussing tables to maintain a clean and inviting dining environment. Collaborate with servers to enhance the overall dining experience for our guests. Provide excellent customer service and address any guest inquiries or special requests. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor throughout the shift. Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in the dining room.

Requirements:

No prior experience necessary and we welcome candidates with a passion for hospitality and a desire to learn. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and team members. A positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Flexibility in scheduling, including nights and weekends availability. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Must be a team player and willing to assist in various tasks as needed.
