Duties Greet guests with a friendly smile and genuine enthusiasm, making them feel immediately welcomed Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Answer phone inquiries with professionalism, providing accurate information and assisting with reservations or special requests Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth flow of seating and guest service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area, ensuring a tidy appearance at all times Assist in managing waitlists during busy hours, communicating wait times clearly to guests Support guest needs by providing information about menu items, specials, or restaurant policies Experience Previous host or hostess experience in a fast-paced food service or restaurant environment preferred Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality and guest relations Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Experience working in hotel or hospitality settings is a plus Knowledge of food service operations and restaurant procedures beneficial Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude age 18 and older Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your welcoming personality makes every guest's visit memorable!
