Provides memorable guest service Accurately takes reservations over the phone and in person Able to answer questions about Pinstripes and the guest experience Check in guests and seat them appropriately Work together as a cohesive team with other team members to ensure that the restaurant is operated efficiently Offer suggestions and recommendations based on guest preferences Help personalize the experience Process payment Maintain a clean working environment Must have the ability to provide excellent customer service Ability to be on your feet for up to 6 hours Must always be neat in appearance and follow uniform and grooming guidelines •Must be 18 years or older•
