Responsibilities and Expectations:

Enhance our member experience by anticipating needs, personalizing interactions, and striving to be the best part of each member's day. Answer phone calls, and facilitate reservations and to-go orders accurately and efficiently. Offer members and guests a warm greeting and a fond farewell. Be knowledgeable about the menu, specials, and other Club offerings. Ensure the host area and restaurant is clean, tidy, and inviting. Support your fellow team members and contribute to a healthy, positive culture.

Ideal Qualifications and Attributes:

Education & Experience High School Diploma or GED Host and club experience is a plus Experience with restaurant POS systems is a plus Must be 16 years or older Attributes Positive - You have a naturally upbeat attitude and share that enthusiasm with the people around you. Service-oriented - You genuinely enjoy serving others and take personal pride in exceeding expectations. Resourceful - You can multitask, work autonomously, and like to stay busy. Candidates must be willing to have flexible schedules and willing to work weekdays, weekends, and some holidays. Shifts will differ from 4-8 hours. Sunday availability is required.
