Lead Host / Producer Position SummaryWe are seeking an engaging, quick-witted, and reliable Podcast Co-Host to join our team. As a co-host, you will collaborate with the primary host to drive dynamic conversations, develop episode topics, conduct interviews, and connect authentically with our target audience. The ideal candidate brings a distinct perspective, strong conversational chemistry, and a genuine passion for storytelling and audio media.

Key Responsibilities On-Air Talent:

Co-host regular episodes, participating in active discussions, debating topics, sharing stories, and interviewing guests.

Content Planning:

Brainstorm and research episode concepts, hot topics, guest lists, and interview questions alongside the lead host and production team.

Audience Engagement:

Interact with listeners across social media platforms, assist in reading listener mail/comments on-air, and help foster a strong community.

Preparation & Scripting:

Review show outlines, perform background research on guests/topics prior to recording, and contribute to intro/outro scripts or promotional reads.

Promotion & Marketing:

Assist in promoting upcoming and released episodes on personal or show-branded social media channels and participate in promotional promotional clips (e.g., video teasers, reels).

Production Support:

Maintain punctual attendance for all pre-production meetings, recording sessions, and occasional live events. Qualifications & Requirements Look there are no real requirements. Im willing to let anybody who is interested in this type of job what I need is someone who I have on air chemistry with, who doesn't take themselves too seriously, don't quit your day job....yet. this is a startup Its comedy based,around factual events. Im not looking for someone who sits and waits to be told what to do. I encourage artistic input to make what I'm trying to achieve better. my have a genuine sense of right and wrong, a person with honest values, projects kindness and integrity must be opinionated but willing to have discussions always with an open mind must have a love of music. but tends to lean more towards underground hip hop,punk rock, metal Consistency, dependability, and strong time-management skills to meet tight publishing schedules. A distinct voice or thematic expertise relevant to the podcast's target genre (e.g., comedy, pop culture, tech, true crime, or storytelling).Preferred Skills Basic understanding of audio editing software (e.g., Audacity, Logic Pro, Adobe Audition) or social media video clip creation. Established presence or experience growing a brand on social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
