Job Description
Live Stream Assistant We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Live Stream Assistant to support our live sales team. This is an in-person, hands-on position. You will work alongside the live stream host to prepare products, track item numbers, and help keep each live session running smoothly and efficiently. No previous live streaming experience is required. Training will be provided. Responsibilities Assist the host during live streaming sessions Prepare and hand products to the host during the live stream Keep products organized and ready in the correct order Record and track item numbers accurately Match products with the correct numbers and information Keep track of products that have already been shown or sold Quickly locate and prepare the next product Communicate closely with the host and other team members Help maintain a smooth and efficient pace throughout the live stream Assist with setup and organization before and after each session Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Able to work quickly while maintaining accuracy Comfortable working with numbers and keeping accurate records Good communication and teamwork skills Reliable and punctual Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Able to stay focused for extended live streaming sessions Basic computer skills Previous live streaming, retail, sales support, or inventory experience is helpful but not required What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is quick, focused, organized, and dependable . Our live sessions can move quickly, so you should be able to keep up with the host, prepare the next product, and accurately track item numbers at the same time. You do not need to be on camera or host the live stream. Your primary responsibility is to support the host behind the scenes.
