•Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly. Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess area, including menus and waiting lists. Utilize POS systems to manage guest check-ins and track wait times effectively. Summary As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. Your core skills in customer service and communication will be essential in greeting guests warmly and managing reservations effectively. You will utilize your restaurant experience to ensure smooth seating and efficient service flow.
