Job Duties:
Provide warm, genuine hospitality to every guest, greeting customers warmly as they enter and answer incoming phone calls Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth and timely service flow Assign tables, quote accurate wait times, seat guests with menus Process cash, credit card, and gift card payments accurately using the point-of-sale system Handle takeout orders, package food and utensils, and verify order accuracy Keep the front of house areas clean, stocked, and organized Assist FOH and BOH teams to reset tables, restock, and do other duties as needed
Qualifications:
16+ years of age Great communication and teamwork skills Cool head under pressure and a knack for multitasking Must have flexible availability during operating hours which aligns with business needs Ability to safely navigate the restaurant, which may include indoor and outdoor spaces, varying temperature, stairs, uneven surfaces, etc. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and be on your feet, moving, bending, twisting, and hustling for most of your shift Manual dexterity to safely handle glassware, utensils, and takeout orders Ability to work in low-light and high-noise environments
