Job Description

Primary purpose of the Buffet Hostess/Cashier is to greet guests with a warm smile and seat them at a clean table. The Hostess/Cashier must control the flow of guests entering the buffet and handle all cashier responsibilities including cash, credit cards and comps.
Essential Job Functions:
Excellent internal/external guest service; Be aware of the sections in the buffet that are open, staffed and ready for service; Greet guests with a smile and inquire as to the number of guests in the party and verify this with the receipt they hand you; Circulate through restaurant and coordinate activities of service personnel to provide fast and courteous service to guests; Inspect and monitor cleanliness of room and compliance with safety and health code regulations; All side work as assigned; Other reasonable duties as assigned Education Preferred High School or better Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
