This role is essential for providing exceptional service to our guests in a welcoming environment. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers promptly upon arrival to create a welcoming atmosphere. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system. Ensure compliance with food safety standards during service. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas and kitchen. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Multiple table touches to ensure all guests receive timely attention throughout their visit. Qualifications Previous experience in a server is required. Excellent attitude and guest service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Familiarity with POS systems is essential for order processing. Knowledge of food safety practices is required to maintain health standards.
