As a Host/Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with a warm welcome and ensuring their dining experience starts off on a positive note. Your exceptional hospitality skills and attention to detail will contribute to creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. ```Responsibilities```

• Greet guests as they arrive and seat them at their tables
• Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials
• Take reservations and manage the waiting list
• Maintain a clean and organized host/host station
• Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor dining areas to ensure guest satisfaction and address any issues promptly
• Thank guests for their visit and invite them to return ```Skills``` To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
• Strong guest service skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred
• Ability to handle phone calls with professionalism and provide accurate information
• Strong organizational skills to manage reservations and waiting lists effectively
• Knowledge of guest relations principles to ensure exceptional customer service
