Welcoming and assisting customers with questions about our Food Hall Concept. Sharing and maintaining knowledge and up to date information about local events and happenings on property and about town. Directing inquiries to the appropriate person to be able to satisfy customer expectations. Have fun and share the personality of Crave food hall while helping to drive the energy of diverse dining and continued relationship.

Requirements:

• Standing and walking for long periods during an entire shift
• Familiarity with POS operating systems is helpful
• Ability to remain calm under pressure during peak times
• People skills, warm and welcoming personality to engage guests
• Prior customer service or restaurant experience is helpful, but not mandatory
