Job Description
Overview Join our team as FOH Support Staff! In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing friendly, efficient service and supporting daily restaurant operations. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and cared for from the moment they arrive. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in food service, customer relations, and hospitality operations while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. We promote from within. Join the front of house team as support staff and you will be first in line for promotion when bartending or serving positions become available. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize flow and guest satisfaction Take accurate orders using Toast, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Support the team by bussing tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness in dining area Handle cash and card transactions accurately and process payments efficiently using POS systems Provide excellent in-person customer service by addressing guest inquiries, accommodating special requests, and fostering guest relations through positive communication skills Uphold food safety standards by following proper handling procedures for food and beverages Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required Experience with host/hostess duties or guest services roles will be highly valued Familiarity with Resy and Toast would be helpful Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately are essential Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are vital for creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests Experience working as part of a team Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering memorable guest experiences through exceptional service and teamwork.
