Front Door Host — Friday Nights

OPEN INTERVIEWS SATURDAY 9/12

5pm-11pm Just come by & ask for Jenn!! We're looking for a warm, welcoming and personable Front Door Host to be the first face our guests see when they arrive. Being welcoming is the most important part of this position. Our Front Door Host sets the tone for the guest experience from the moment someone walks in. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys people, has a polished presence and can make guests feel welcome — while also having the confidence and good judgment to handle the responsibilities of the door.

OPEN INTERVIEWS THIS WEEKEND

Friday & Saturday | 5:00-11:00 PM No appointment necessary. Stop by anytime during the interview window and ask for Jenn. Schedule Friday nights are the primary shift, with occasional Saturday availability, typically about one Saturday per month. Friday start times vary between 6:00-9:00 PM depending on events, with shifts typically ending around 3:00-3:30 AM. Responsibilities Warmly greeting and welcoming every guest Checking IDs and verifying guests are 21+ Enforcing our dress code in a friendly and professional manner Recognizing when someone may already be overly intoxicated and should not be admitted Paying attention to guest behavior and activity around the entrance Using good judgment and being able to read people and situations Calmly handling and de-escalating issues when necessary Communicating with bartenders and management about potential concerns Maintaining a welcoming, safe and professional entrance throughout the night Assisting the team with end-of-night tasks as needed We're Looking for Someone Who Is Genuinely friendly, outgoing and welcoming Comfortable talking and interacting with all types of people Naturally good at reading people and situations Observant with strong situational awareness Confident making decisions and respectfully standing by them Calm and professional when someone pushes back Able to be firm when necessary without being aggressive or confrontational Dependable and punctual Polished and well-groomed Comfortable working late-night hours This is not simply a security position. We want someone who can balance genuine hospitality with confidence, awareness and good judgment. Previous hospitality, nightlife, restaurant, security or customer-service experience is a plus, but personality, professionalism, reliability and the ability to connect with people are what matter most.

Pay:

$15.00 per hour
