Job Description Greet and escort restaurant guests to their table based on the number of persons in their party and according to assigned stations. Answer phones and book reservations utilizing the company reservation system in accordance with established standards. Process payment transactions in accordance with established procedures. Assist with station assignments, rotating planning, and opening/closing/securing the room. Complete side work duties in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. Qualifications Six (6) months of experience as a host in a high volume and/or fine dining environment preferred. Must have excellent communication and guest service skills. Must be detail-oriented and highly organized to effectively and efficiently multi-task. Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of a normal shift. Must be able to communicate (hear, speak, read, and write) in English. Must be able to obtain/maintain any other necessary licenses and/or certifications.
