Host/Hostess Job Description Duties:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the establishment
• Provide menus and assist guests with any questions regarding menu items
• taking orders over the phones, online and walk-in
• Seating dine in guests
• Collaborate with other staff and kitchen staff to ensure smooth dining experience for guests
• Process guest payments using the POS system
• Provide excellent customer service and create a positive dining atmosphere

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle high call volumes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
