Responsibilities Greet guests promptly and with genuine warmth, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage restaurant reservations efficiently using our table management systems such as Clover POS. Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction. Maintain organized waiting lists and communicate wait times clearly to guests. Assist with guest services by addressing special requests or concerns courteously and promptly. Support food safety and sanitation standards in all guest interactions, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. Experience Previous experience as a host or hostess in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tables and guest requests efficiently.
