Part-Time Host - Black Cap Grille Black Cap Grille is looking for a friendly, dependable, and outgoing Part-Time Host to join our front-of-house team in North Conway. As the first and last person many of our guests interact with, our hosts play an important role in creating a welcoming experience. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and works well as part of a team.

Responsibilities include:

Warmly greeting and welcoming guests Managing the waitlist and seating guests efficiently Answering phones and assisting with reservations Communicating with servers and management to maintain smooth seating flow Helping keep the host area and entrance clean and organized Assisting the front-of-house team when needed Providing friendly, professional customer service throughout each shift

What We're Looking For:

Positive and professional attitude Dependable and punctual Strong communication and people skills Ability to stay organized during busy periods Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment Team-oriented and willing to help wherever needed Restaurant experience is helpful, but not required — we are happy to train the right person

Schedule & Availability:

This is a part-time evening position . We are specifically looking for candidates who are available Thursday through Sunday evenings . Reliable weekend availability is important for this role.
