Job Description
Front of House Support Team Member (Host / Busser / Barback) Casa Brava is looking for an energetic, dependable, and hardworking Front of House Support Team Member to help create an outstanding guest experience every night. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented position that combines the responsibilities of host, busser, and barback , while assisting with all front-of-house operations. If you enjoy staying busy, take pride in helping your team succeed, and love working in a positive restaurant environment, we'd love to meet you. Schedule Tuesday-Saturday Approximately 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM 20-25 hours per week Compensation $10.00/hour Plus a share of the restaurant tip pool Free staff meals during shifts Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and manage the waitlist Seat guests efficiently while maintaining restaurant flow Clear, reset, and sanitize tables quickly Assist servers by running food when needed Support the bar by stocking beer, wine, liquor, ice, garnishes, and glassware Polish silverware and glassware Keep dining room, host stand, and service stations clean and organized Refill water, assist guests, and anticipate team needs Help with opening and closing side work Jump in wherever needed to ensure excellent guest service What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable, punctual, and dependable Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Team-first mentality with a willingness to help wherever needed Friendly and professional with guests Able to lift up to 40 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the shift Restaurant experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person Why Work at Casa Brava?
