We're now expanding our team and looking to hire dynamic individuals to join our team as TikTok crystal livestream shopping hosts and host assistants who are looking to grow in the retail gem & jewelry space.

Job Description:

. We're seeking a few reliable and outgoing livestream shopping streamers. Streamer hosts will showcase items to a broad audience with a focus on engagement & selling.

Host Key Responsibilities:

Host engaging livestreams with clear product presentation. Showcase inventory with accurate details (training available) Manage real-time orders. Follow directions from organizers on livestream operations. Keep livestream flow organized and on schedule.

Qualifications:

Experience with live-stream shopping, TikTok/Instagram sales, or retail sales preferred. The ideal candidate is bold, outgoing, and charismatic, with a natural ability to captivate an audience and create an engaging, high-energy environment. Passion for gemstones. Ability to think on your feet, engage viewers, and respond to customer comments live. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. Must be fluent in English ; additional languages like Spanish is a plus. Experience in retail sales, jewelry or crystal sales is a bonus.

Compensation & Benefits:

$20-30 an hour 30% employee discount on all jewelry and crystal items. Opportunity to move up in the company. Opportunity to earn more money through quarterly bonuses depending on performance.
