LEAD HOST Estia Taverna - Marlton, NJ Estia Taverna in Marlton is seeking an experienced, professional Lead Host to join our team. We are looking for someone who is friendly, organized, dependable, and confident leading the host team in a busy, upscale restaurant.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating Coordinate and lead the host team during service Maintain an organized and efficient seating rotation Communicate with managers and servers to ensure smooth service Handle guest requests and concerns professionally Help train and support new hosts Maintain a professional and welcoming front entrance

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant hosting experience required Lead host or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment Evening and weekend availability required
