If you enjoy working with people in a friendly environment, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude. Answer guests' questions in person and over the phone. Manage the waitlist and seating arrangements. Take takeout and delivery orders, and package food accurately. Prepare beverages at the bar and maintain the dessert station. Work closely with the front-of-house team to provide excellent customer service. Preferred Qualifications Native or fluent English speaker. Ability to speak Korean and/or Spanish is a plus. Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills. Strong multitasking and organizational skills. Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred but not required. What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Flexibility in schedule - available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
