Job Description

We are looking for an energetic, dependable, and friendly Party Host & Main Play Area Crew Member to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working around children and families, takes pride in keeping spaces clean and organized, and can help create fun and memorable birthday celebrations. Responsibilities Welcome children, parents, and party guests in a friendly and helpful manner Prepare and decorate party rooms before scheduled parties Assist families throughout their parties and help keep events running smoothly Clean, sanitize, and reset party rooms promptly after each party Monitor the main play area and encourage guests to follow safety rules Stay alert for unsafe behavior, including children jumping from equipment or using play areas improperly Regularly organize and clean the ball pits, LEGO area, pretend-play spaces, and other activity areas Keep the parent seating area clean, organized, and welcoming Wipe down tables and other frequently used surfaces Vacuum floors and complete other general cleaning duties Check, clean, and restock bathrooms throughout the shift Communicate concerns or safety issues to management Work with the rest of the team to maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment Qualifications Must be at least 17 years old Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and long weekends Friendly, energetic, responsible, and dependable Comfortable interacting with children and families Able to remain attentive while monitoring a busy play environment Strong communication and customer-service skills Willing to clean and help wherever needed Able to multitask and work efficiently between parties Able to be on your feet for extended periods and perform routine cleaning tasks Party-hosting, childcare, school, camp, or indoor play-center experience is a plus Decorating, event setup, or creative presentation skills are a plus What We're Looking For The ideal candidate takes initiative, notices when an area needs attention, and understands that cleanliness and safety are essential parts of creating a great guest experience. We're looking for a team player who can bring positive energy to celebrations while also helping maintain an organized and welcoming play space. Pay:
$15.25 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 15.0 per week
