Summary:

The Bistro at iPlay America and Topgolf Swing Suite are two full-service restaurants within iPlay America and are currently looking for highly skilled, extremely motivated, year-round, part-time Hosts/Hostesses, who have a flexible schedule to join our team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Greeting guests with a positive attitude and a smile, making them feel welcome at the Restaurant. Knowledge of the floor plan of the Restaurant in order to properly / efficiently seat guests. Exhibit and maintain excellent communication skills. Explaining/answering questions for guests regarding menu items. Cleaning and preparing the host station, daily. Responding to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion. Answering private dining requests.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 years previous experience in customer service, food service, hospitality or other related fields. Ability to build rapport with guests. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
