About the Opportunity We are looking for experienced Airbnb Co-Hosts throughout Texas to join WelcomeInApp and connect with property owners who need help managing their short-term rental properties. As a Co-Host, you may assist with the day-to-day operations of a short-term rental and help provide property owners with peace of mind while they are away. Responsibilities May Include Managing Airbnb/short-term rental operations Communicating with guests before, during, and after their stay Responding to guest questions and concerns Coordinating cleanings and maintenance Managing check-ins and check-outs Conducting property inspections Monitoring guest reviews and property performance Coordinating with cleaners, maintenance professionals, and other vendors Reporting property issues to the owner Handling urgent property-related situations when needed Helping maintain a positive guest experience Qualifications Experience managing or co-hosting short-term rentals preferred Knowledge of Airbnb or other vacation-rental platforms Strong communication and customer-service skills Reliable and responsive Ability to work independently Professional appearance and conduct Ability to travel to assigned properties Must have reliable transportation Must be located in Texas Why Join WelcomeInApp?
