Full Job Description Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Cashier/Customer Service/Hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage seating arrangements, and assist with various tasks to ensure smooth operations. This role involves multitasking between hosting, order-taking, barista duties, and helping with food prep.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Greet guests warmly, answer inquiries, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.

Order Management:

Take and process orders accurately using the POS system.

POS Operations:

Handle payments efficiently, including cash, card, and mobile transactions.

Cleanliness & Maintenance:

Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the dining room and counters.

Food Preparation Assistance:

Support the kitchen team by helping with basic prep work when needed.

Barista Duties:

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to customer specifications.

Mocktail Mixing:

Craft and serve creative non-alcoholic beverages.

Team Support:

Assist other team members during peak times to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of POS systems (training can be provided). Previous experience as a hostess, barista, or in food service is a plus. Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
