Job Summary Renato's Pizza Masters is seeking a friendly, welcoming, and customer-focused Pizza Restaurant Host to greet guests and support smooth front-of-house operations. The ideal candidate will create a positive first impression, assist with seating and guest requests, coordinate with restaurant staff, and help maintain an organized and welcoming dining environment. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly and provide professional customer service. Manage guest seating and maintain an organized dining room flow. Provide accurate wait-time estimates and communicate seating information clearly. Answer guest questions about the menu, restaurant services, and general policies. Assist with reservations, special requests, and guest accommodations as needed. Coordinate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to support efficient service. Monitor dining areas and help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. Assist guests with takeout or pickup inquiries when appropriate. Respond to guest concerns professionally and notify management when necessary. Help maintain menus, host stands, seating charts, and other front-of-house materials. Assist with opening, closing, and general restaurant duties as assigned. Follow restaurant customer-service, safety, and sanitation procedures. Qualifications Previous host, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred. Friendly and professional communication style. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to remain calm and courteous in a busy restaurant environment. Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple guest requests. Comfortable working with customers and restaurant team members. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented work ethic. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts. Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
