If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for hospitality, this role is perfect for you! What you'll do Greet guests with enthusiasm and ensure they feel welcomed as soon as they enter. Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow and satisfaction. Provide accurate wait times and communicate effectively with guests regarding their seating status. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, ensuring a welcoming environment. Utilize Resy And OpenTable Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, providing information about menu offerings and making reservations. Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery during busy periods. Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to enhance their overall dining experience. Basic qualifications Previous experience as a Host/Host in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest interactions. Preferred qualifications Familiarity with food service operations and restaurant dynamics. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to engage effectively with guests and team members. Experience with Resy and OpenTable Background in hotel guest services or related hospitality roles is a plus. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
