This role is ideal for someone who is confident on camera, naturally engaging, passionate about jewelry and fashion, and enjoys connecting with customers in real time. You will host live shopping sessions from our professional studio, showcase luxury jewelry, educate viewers about our products, answer questions, and help turn live engagement into sales. Our goal is to create a fun, entertaining, and personalized shopping experience for our Spanish-speaking customers . Responsibilities Host engaging livestream shopping sessions primarily for Spanish-speaking audiences. Present and showcase luxury jewelry, including diamonds, gemstones, rings, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, and custom pieces. Speak confidently and naturally in Spanish throughout live broadcasts. Explain product details including gemstones, diamonds, metals, craftsmanship, sizing, pricing, and product benefits. Interact with viewers in real time by answering questions and responding to comments. Build relationships with viewers and create a welcoming, entertaining shopping environment. Recommend products based on customer preferences and needs. Use effective sales techniques to convert viewers into customers. Create excitement around promotions, new arrivals, limited inventory, and live-shopping offers. Maintain high energy and engagement throughout livestream sessions. Work with the sales and marketing teams to prepare products and talking points before each livestream. Help create short-form social media content from livestreams when needed. Review livestream performance and customer engagement to improve future broadcasts. Represent the company's luxury brand professionally and consistently. Qualifications Fluent Spanish speaker with excellent verbal communication skills. Strong English communication skills are preferred. Previous experience as a livestream host, sales representative, presenter, influencer, content creator, or customer-facing professional is preferred. Experience in jewelry, luxury retail, fashion, beauty, e-commerce, or live commerce is a plus. Comfortable speaking confidently and naturally on camera. Energetic, charismatic, personable, and able to keep an audience engaged. Strong sales and customer-service skills. Comfortable answering questions and handling customer objections in real time. Ability to learn jewelry products and explain technical information in an easy-to-understand way. Comfortable working in a fast-paced studio environment. Professional appearance and strong presentation skills. Social media experience with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or other live-commerce platforms is a plus. What We Offer Paid, in-person position.
