McLoone's Pier House is seeking enthusiastic Hosts and Hostesses to join our team. Seeking someone with great communication skills and a team player. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Understand the need for proper etiquette and service standards Ability to take direction and work in a team environment Exceptional organizational and problem solving skills is a must. Duties include but not limited to: Greeting guests and patrons personally and on the telephone. Maintaining and confirming reservations through online reservation system Set up dining rooms in line with reservations on the book. Maintaining the appearance of both exterior and interior of the restaurant. Offer appropriate seating arrangements, present menus and assist servers with flow of service when needed General knowledge and ability to describe menu items.
