As a Host, you will be responsible for greeting guests with enthusiasm, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth seating arrangements. Duties Warmly greet guests upon arrival with a lively and professional attitude, making them feel valued and comfortable Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to optimize seating flow Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely seating and smooth service transitions Maintain a clean and organized host stand, ensuring all materials are stocked and ready for daily operations Answer phone inquiries with courteous phone etiquette, providing accurate information about wait times or reservations Assist guests with special requests or accommodations to enhance their overall experience Support guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally, turning potential issues into positive interactions Experience Previous experience as a Host or Hostess in a food service or restaurant environment is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in diverse settings Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Experience working in hospitality settings like hotels or upscale dining establishments is a plus Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a friendly demeanor Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills to foster positive interactions at all times Knowledge of food service operations, serving protocols, and guest services standards is beneficial Join us to create memorable moments for every guest!
