Part-Time Party Host & Cooking Instructor Job Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to host cooking-themed birthday parties and instruct engaging cooking classes. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, enjoys working with both children, and can create a fun, hands-on experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and host cooking birthday parties, ensuring a lively, safe, and enjoyable environment. Instruct step-by-step cooking classes to children and providing clear instructions. Prepare ingredients and set up cooking stations prior to events and classes. Manage party flow, including activities, timing, and guest interaction. Ensure kitchen safety and cleanliness during and after events. Assist with event coordination, including decorating and guest engagement.

Qualifications:

Experience in cooking, culinary instruction, or hospitality preferred. Perfect job for 2 year culinary trained graduate. Comfortable engaging groups of children with high energy. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to maintain a safe and clean cooking environment. Flexible schedule, including after school, evenings and weekends.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods.

Hours & Compensation:

Part-time, primarily weekends with some weekday classes. Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
