Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service and guest relations Manage restaurant reservations efficiently using restaurant table management systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction Answer phone inquiries with professional phone etiquette, handling reservation requests and general questions Maintain organized waiting lists and communicate wait times clearly to guests Assist with guest services by addressing special requests and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere Support food safety standards by adhering to hygiene protocols during guest interactions and table management Experience Previous host/hostess experience in a fast-paced restaurant or food service environment preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members Familiarity with restaurant reservation management systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Basic math skills for handling reservations, waitlist calculations, and POS transactions Experience in customer service roles that require excellent phone communication and etiquette Knowledge of food safety practices and hospitality standards to ensure guest well-being and satisfaction Organizational skills to manage multiple tables, reservations, and guest needs simultaneously Join us as a Top Pot Host and be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences!
