Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service to ensure a fun and welcoming atmosphere Operate various outdoor games and attractions safely, following all safety protocols and procedures Manage cash handling and processing transactions accurately using POS systems, including ticket sales and merchandise purchases Promote additional game play, merchandise, or food items to maximize sales opportunities Maintain the cleanliness and organization of game stations, ensuring all equipment is in good working order Handle guest inquiries, resolve minor conflicts promptly, and escalate issues when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction Assist with event setup, breakdown, and special promotions to enhance the overall guest experience Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales, hospitality, or event venue management is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests of all ages, especially children Experience working outdoors in various weather conditions; comfort with manual handling and heavy lifting as needed Knowledge of basic math for cash handling and POS transactions; attention to detail is crucial Ability to communicate clearly through public speaking or direct interaction with guests This energetic role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a lively outdoor entertainment setting where your enthusiasm makes every guest's visit unforgettable.
