• Full-time Reports to: [E-commerce / Marketplace Manager] About the Role We're looking for a high-energy Live Auction Host to run live selling shows on TikTok Shop and Whatnot . You'll be the face and voice of our livestreams — hosting auctions, hyping products, engaging the chat in real time, and driving sales during every broadcast. This is a performance role for someone who's comfortable on camera, thinks fast, and knows how to turn viewers into buyers. Shifts, Flexible upon Request Early Morning till 7am - 1pm Mid Day till 12-5PM Evening till 5-11PM Night Ship till 8pm-2am What You'll Do Host live auction and sale streams on TikTok and Whatnot on a regular weekly schedule. Run the auction floor in real time — present items, set and call prices, manage bidding, and close sales at the right moment. Engage the live audience — read and respond to chat, answer product questions, welcome viewers, and keep energy high throughout the stream. Drive conversion — use urgency, storytelling, and promotions to maximize sales per show. Prep each show — pull and stage inventory, know the products, set pricing/starting bids, and build a run-of-show before going live. Coordinate post-sale handoff — confirm sold items and quantities so fulfillment can pack and ship accurately. Track performance — review sales, viewer, and engagement numbers after each stream and adjust to improve results. Stay current on TikTok Shop and Whatnot features, policies, and trends. What You Bring Natural on-camera presence and confidence speaking to a live audience. High energy, quick thinking, and the ability to stay sharp during long live sessions. Sales instinct — you know how to read a room and close. Strong organization and reliability; you show up ready for every scheduled show. Comfort with smartphones, streaming setups, and basic tech troubleshooting on the fly Experience Required! Prior experience hosting on Whatnot, TikTok Live/Shop , or other live-selling / live-auction platforms. Background in auctioneering, sales, hosting, performing, or content creation..
