Performing or public speaking experience is a plus, and familiarity with Geeks Who Drink is preferred (if you've never played our pub quiz before, we recommend you check out a few to see what you're getting yourself into).

Requirements:

You must be 21+ to be hired. You must own a working laptop , plus something to take pictures with. You must be staying in your area for at least a year. You must be available on Wednesday evenings from 6:30-10:30. We are currently hiring area substitutes. Substitute hosts work as needed based on requests. Substitute hosts are not considered on call.

Responsibilities:

Entertaining a crowd and commanding a room. If you're a teacher, tour guide, actor, etc., then you'll fit right in! A general proficiency with technology. Hosting requires a web-based app as do responsibilities before and after the quiz night. Completing online and/or in-person training on the use of our systems, plus basic AV setup and hosting skills.
