You'll be on camera hosting multi-hour live shows — running $1-start auctions, hyping up product drops, and keeping buyers engaged and bidding in real time. This is a high-energy, fast-talking role: half auctioneer, half entertainer. If you can hold a room's attention, think on your feet, and love sneakers and streetwear, this is built for you. Responsibilities Keep energy high and pacing tight across long live sessions, calling out bids, prices, and product details clearly and quickly Present product accurately — sizing, condition, authenticity, brand details — so buyers know exactly what they're bidding on Read and respond to live chat in real time: answer questions, call out usernames, build hype, and keep viewers engaged so they stay in the show Work alongside the team member logging orders and sizes during the stream, following the pull-sheet system for what's coming up next Help build a consistent, recognizable following on the channel by keeping a steady show schedule and on-brand tone Flag slow-moving inventory, viewer feedback, and what's converting well so future streams can be planned smarter Experience Comfortable on camera and speaking fast and clearly for extended periods (these shows can run several hours) Prior experience hosting or co-hosting on Whatnot, TikTok Shop Live, or similar live auction/live shopping platforms is a strong plus — but not required if you've got the energy and can learn fast Genuine interest in or knowledge of sneakers and streetwear (sizing, brands, resale value) is a big advantage Quick math and multitasking — tracking bids, prices, and chat simultaneously without losing pace Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to a regular streaming schedule Thick skin and good humor — live chat can be blunt, and a good host rolls with it This is a paid, in-person role based out of our warehouse/studio.
