Full Job Description Overview:

A Baskin Robbins Restaurant Team Member is generally responsible for preparing Icecream cones/ sundaes and beverages according to Baskin operational standards, providing guests with great service, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. We work to cultivate a positive culture on a daily basis with our team management and community.

Responsibilities Include:

• Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems . Understand as much of the flavor profiles on our menu as possible in order to help get customers what they're looking for.
• Follow food safety standards
• Prepare cones desserts and beverages
• Assemble and package orders
• Understand the restaurant menu, including limited-time offers and promotions, and be able to answer guest questions
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Clean equipment, service areas, and guest areas
• Stock items, such as cups, lids, etc. at the workstation
• Take orders at the Front Counter and handle payments
• Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guests
• Serve and communicate with guests
• Maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant
• Communicate effectively and professionally with managers and coworkers
• Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas Key Competencies

• Willingness to own the moment making Families / Children and Special guests happy and excited to enjoy their desserts and time at Baskin.

Greet Guests with a warm smile/ tone of voice within 3-5 seconds

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:

• Standing on feet scooping icecream
• Repetitive motion, including bending, stooping, and reaching
• Lifting objects, including boxes, ice, and product up to 20lbs (if applicable)
